Welcome to HASH&DASH. By accessing our website, purchasing our services, or using any of our server infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
These Terms are a binding legal agreement between you ("Client," "User") and HASH&DASH, a company registered and operating under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania ("Company," "We," "Us").
HASH&DASH provides offshore hosting solutions, Virtual Private Servers (VPS), and related infrastructure with a focus on privacy and anonymity.
Immediate Provisioning: Services are typically activated automatically upon confirmation of payment on the blockchain.
Zero-Log Policy: We operate under a strict zero-log policy regarding your Virtual Private Server (VPS) usage. We do not monitor, record, or store activity logs, browsing history, or content data residing on your rented server.
Root Access: Clients are granted full Administrator (Root) access to their servers. You are solely responsible for the security, configuration, and management of the operating system and software installed.
Crypto-Only: To ensure client anonymity, we exclusively accept cryptocurrencies (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Litecoin, USDT, Monero).
Finality of Sale: Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions and the immediate provisioning of resources, all sales are generally considered final.
Refunds: While we do not offer "no-questions-asked" refunds, we aim for client satisfaction. If you experience a technical issue that our support team cannot resolve, you may request a refund via a support ticket. Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of HASH&DASH on a case-by-case basis.
While HASH&DASH supports freedom of speech and privacy, our services must not be used for activities that cause harm to others or threaten the stability of our network.
Strictly Prohibited Activities: The following are grounds for immediate termination without refund:
Terrorism: Hosting content related to terrorist activities, recruitment, or inciting violence.
Child Exploitation: Any storage, distribution, or promotion of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban.
Network Abuse: Any activity that degrades the performance of our network for other users, including but not limited to DDoS attacks (originating from our servers), botnets, or malicious network scanning.
Fair Use Policy: Our servers are connected to 1Gbps ports. While bandwidth is unmetered, it is subject to fair use. Prolonged, excessive consumption that negatively impacts the network integrity for other clients may result in temporary throttling.
Content Liability: You are solely responsible for all content stored on or transmitted through your VPS. HASH&DASH acts purely as a technical service provider and assumes no liability for the data hosted by clients.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HASH&DASH, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. HASH&DASH makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, speed, or security of the services. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HASH&DASH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the services.
HASH&DASH reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and all data on the server may be permanently deleted.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Lithuania.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
